One year out and stalled out!! Very depressed and stressed! Gained 10# when I had to move in with my mother before the holidays. Life still isn’t normal for me, probably never will be but I’m scared of failing this - seems like I fail at everything! I could use some pointers on what to do in order to get back on track! One year out and I’m only 65# down!! Any advice is much appreciated!
