I HATE mine so much. But I wear it religiously every night. It never gets better. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer and I will be one of the lucky ones who gets to stop wearing it.

Anyone not lose significant weight pre-op?

Just wondering if anyone had to do the 2 week liquid pre-op (3 premier rtd, 2 sf jello, 2 sf popsicles, 80 oz water) and didn’t lose any kind of significant weight? -

I have no idea either. I’ve only been using the Premier Protein shakes, that’s what kind the Nut. recommended. I don’t really like jello but if I get really hungry I will have one of those little sugar free jellos or a sugar free popsicle. The head hunger is the worst. The physical hunger doesn’t bother me really, it’s just the head hunger. The “cheats” I’ve had were always from that. -

Yeah I live about 2 1/2 hours from Owasso as well. That’s awesome that you’ve lost 20 pounds. Surely that should count for something!!! I agree it does seem this is one of the strictest diets I’ve seen on here. -

I don’t have a surgery time scheduled yet, they said they would call the day before to let me know what time. I do preop testing on Monday. I hope he still lets the surgery happen, for your sake. Have you gained weight ? I haven’t lost but a couple pounds and I’m scared they will think I haven’t being following the diet. If you ever need to talk or a distraction from this awful preop diet, feel free to message me. -
