Well my carbs are staying between 15-20 and very little sugar w I say very little.. 10-11 g which is like 2.5 tsp of sugar a day. I didn't realize I was taking in so much protein but since I'm still in the thicker liquid stage I figured I needed to up it until I get to soft foods
-
I was sleeve 9 days ago. I'm transitioning into thicker soups.. protein shakes, and I make SURE about getting my water in. I do NOT want me to be dehydrated. I start at 6 am and end around 930-10 pm
-
I put my genepro in all my soups and I do 3 premier protein shakes( breakfast lunch and dinner) until I move to puréed and soft phase. I know how important the protein is so I make sure when I make jello- genepro is in it. Pudding, genepro. Lol

Sleeve stretching paranoia? Week One VSG question

I do my protein shake 11 oz over an hour or hour and a half! I really don't see how that can stretch being you pee it out -

Lap Band to Sleeve Hair Loss
thebeautyperspective replied to LeaLea70's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I went to hair school and I swear by this. Put peppermint oil and lavender oil in your shampoo and conditioner (mix well) I did 20 drops of each. This is not scientific but I've done a lot of research and it is guaranteed to work by my evaluations. -
Have you tried maybe doing a liquid "fast" for a few days or even changing the type diet you're doing??
-
I am so excited about this journey!!! I'm going into day 9 and I feel amazing. I went for my first 30 min walk today (I walk every day but today I started this as my exercise) Question... protein goal every day is 70 g... is it a problem If I go over?? This is how my day looked

Any March 2018 Sleevers?
thebeautyperspective replied to NelliSleeve's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
For those of you coughing or sneezing. The same applies to this surgery as a hysterectomy... put a pillow over your stomach. Idk why it helps but it does! -

I count today a huge win emotionally and mentally. I had my surgery March 5... so I'm 6 days out. I was able to cook twice for my sweet family and not shed a tear! [emoji1316] win!!!
