Breathe! You're not alone. I'm certain most of us had some sort of reservations in the beginning. Ask yourself is it worth it to continue being unhealthy. Today was my first post op appointment. My surgery was on April 25 and I'm feeling pretty good. My highest BMI was 41 and now its 37. My current weight is 230... which means eight pounds down since surgery. Overall I'm happy and can't wait to continue this journey. HW: 256 SW: 238(4/25/18) CW: ? GW: 165

Everyone post op have been where you are. I asked four of my friends to join me during this phase. Their job was too motivate, encourage and support me. Its hard to give up something you love and need, but trust me, the outcome is so much better. We are all here for you and will save you a seat on the loser's bench.
