I have been doing so good for a week and last night and this morning I binged. Don't want to go to hard on myself, but I grounded myself where I won't get a treat on my birthday next month and I started my day over. The struggle is real
I don't discriminate. If it is easy to grab, I grab it. I really enjoy crunchy things. Chips mostly. But last night it was chips (small bags my hubby takes for lunch and for my brats) and then I had a bowl of cereal half water half milk. But I've always done the half and half.
