As long as you feel 10 foot tall and bulletproof rock it! Just remember to rock gently, your bananarama inside might suddenly, waken and wreak it's revenge. Keep smooth and in the groove[emoji13] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app -
And you felt more the Dragon than the orchid half, didn't you? Your problem was your mind wrote a check your stomach couldn't cash! Slow and easy wins the race, I get frustrated (hence,my pen name) and wish old age, skill and treachery also counted! Smiles [emoji13] its Sunday, and sunny, it will be all better! Get yourself a t-shirt that says " I Rock' cause each of you do in your own way. Its nearly, over, this long presurgery trek, just a few sleepies and it will be the BIG day and then your new improved life starts. Exciting times ahead. And all of us will be cheering from the side lines as you claim Victory![emoji13] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app -
But you're still cute and with that shape cuddly and you still rock the world. It takes all kinds but we all can be healthier and feel fine. Just be YOU, you wouldn't be here if you didn't fulfill a need in the world. There are days I feel my only purpose is to serve as a bad example. But I usually bounce back and things are fine again.[emoji106][emoji86][emoji87][emoji85] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

Sabrina welcome! I am hopeful,of a May surgery(i will be a RnY) but still possible I cwould share your month. If you believe in you, there won't be.any failure. failureI, I think you will do fine, if you ever feel scared and weak, talk to us. Many will have gone through anything you're feeling, they can give you hints what helped them or " talk you down off that ledge". When I've had the whimwahs and everybody, has them at times, they've been there for me. Your support people, bless their hearts, every one,of them, just don't understand our feelings. It,is so much a life- changer and at time scary situation. But we all have an inner strength or we wouldn't got this far. So lean on us a little if you need,to, we all understand[emoji13] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

It's going to depend on your state rules. In Ohio at the hospital I'm planning mine at it is 3 months of dietary consulting in addition to surgeon's own requirements. My son's insurance Caresource requires 9 months, Medicare itself, only required I be over 40 BMI or if under that comorbities would be needed. I am the unhappy bearer of 46-47 BMI SO I didn't have to worry about meeting criteria. All I have to do is get my current program and surgeon to agree to do it, actually I fulfilled twice in my former program, they just refused me the surgery, bottom line.I never knew another person this happened to so it must be rare.[emoji20] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

Never thought the term would be a compliment but on Bariatric Pal it is! My goal isn't in the normal range, that would be around 130 lbs and that's nearly 200 lbs away. Ain't gonna happen, that's still okay, I'd be satisfied with under 200 but thrilled if I could just make it to 175. [emoji13][emoji126][emoji178] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

And that day I will be having my 2 hour psychology appointment with OSU staff psychologist Dr Kramer at Martha Morehouse Pavilion in Columbus Ohio. Let's wish each other good fortune on that day. This appointment,is pivotal point on my journey to my RnY. I'm trying to not be apprehensive but I can't help but be a little.[emoji3] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app -

Are you mixing in fiber, like Benefiber? I think I would add Miralax to the game plan. That, Colace or M.O.M, you should be producing #2 of some sort. I would hate for you to have more problems.[emoji20] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app -
Drez I'm sorta with you, this is my 2nd (well honestly #3--long story, rather sad) time at the Weight Loss Rodeo and I have yet to meet my new surgeon, seen pictures of the 2, put a wish on one but if I don't get him I'll be happy with his female partner. I want my surgery so bad I won't be picky. I would say I'd even take Satan himself but as it turned out that was the former surgeon I had, like Lucifer I thought he was as bright as the Morning Star but he turned out not to be all I had believed. His loss, and,my ultimate gain. I will overcome and this time surgery will be performed[emoji13][emoji779] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

And may this be the last for awhile! Give yourself permission to heal, to recuperate and recover. Oh Star this is going to be so great, I feel it down deep in my heart[emoji173] Now get ready to rock and roll that old Casbah![emoji106] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app

Fluffy,Mr F. is one lucky rooster[emoji215] to have you in his coop. And I am happy you are starting to see Onderland shining in the distance. Someday it will shine for ME I believe it and it will be so. Might not,be as fast because I'm Coming down off a higher weight ledge, I'll have to see Twoferville first but I believe I can achieve, even if it takes 12-18 months. I'll join you down there, as the old standard says "It's Only A Matter of Time" Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app -

Wowsers, you went from Hmmmn to Smoking Hot, so cute so fine and so much where I hope to be. I can't duplicate the cuteness factor but with work I can present that size body to the world. You inspire me so much! Thanks for showing your pictures[emoji13][emoji259][emoji13][emoji254] Sent from my VS880PP using BariatricPal mobile app -
Don't tie, yourself in "nots". don't think any ,bad thoughts or worry. Relax these few days, get up the morning of surgery in a peaceful state, you've worked hard to make it to this day, you can trust your surgical procedure team to take good care, granted they do a lot of surgery but each patient is unique and special. Among the varied things I've done in my lifetime, I was in healthcare for 25 years. I know what I speak of, on that day you are special, the STAR of the show. They will do their level best to make it a good experience, you, want to be safe and healthy, well they want that too. They will take as good a care of you as if you were a family member, maybe better. I have some rotten relatives on my late Daddy's side of the family, I may be the best of that crop. There's an old saying "Of all my relatives, I like me best!" Theres always one or two rotten or misshapened apples on the family tree, mine were 1st cousins. But I digress, we were discussing you and surgery. Please, believe me it will be so good. You're going to climb on that bed, soon you'll doze off and when you wake you'll be starting on your new life. Might be a little uncomfortable in the tummy area but remember you're newly renovated, your gastric area got its spring cleaning. Soon you'll be up walking, sipping and smiling. You've done it kid and your bright new life is starting. And when you feel a little better you'll realize it for the great thing it is. And I'll be so envious because I want to be there too. My day is going to come, the fact I don't know the exact, day doesn't bother me , I know it is coming and you'll be able to tell me,"it's okay" too. Now a big [emoji2], it's going to be okay!
