And @GotProlactinoma I am very happy to know you. I yearn for and am working towards the day when i am no longer morbidly obese. If I end up in the overweight ranking where my personal weight goal will still put me, I will still be grateful for the chance bariatric surgery will give me, I will use my tool,to the good of ME. And bottom line that is who I'm working for, although my family may reap some benefits, the surgery is still mine.😝👍

FYI Any,pickle is high in sodium,🍙 canned enough of them to know. One rarely might be okay but please don't make a habit of it. Hard to drop weight is you're retaining fluid.💦

Don't know what they will use for,me, I'm allergic to Hibiclens, last surgery I looked like someone had deliberately burned me. And it felt like Satan had scrubbed,me there.😖 Hard convincing the world🌏 I'm a delicate flower when I have a plowhorse figure.

Working toward the day someone thinks I look too thin. A non-NSV loss, just awhile back little kid👦 looked at me and said "Are you fat or are you a 👩woman"? I will drop enough pounds that my girl-hood 🙆shows and I get a figure that just curves in and out. I'll settle for a glass coke bottle figure 👸instead of a salami🍤 one!

Some days I swear I could gain weigh just breathing air or drinking water. But,i can see small. Non scale victories , now to just make them more frequent and maybe someday they will be big enough the world will notice too😝

once upon a time ago on BP I was, someone mistook my helpfulness as an intrusion. Long time ago, I've moved on, doesn't happen often , if it did Alex the head guy on Bariatric Pal wouldn't allow,it. He is our founder and I have up most respect for his staff and Him. This is by far the best network around, I've been on a few others but they were not,ran as nice or contained as nice a people.

Goal weight- the amount you or your doctor feel would be best for you Surgery weight- like is says, how much,you weighed,on hospital scales immediately,prior to surgery Current weight-how much you weigh when you made this post High weight- the most you weighed at the start of your journey. in my case it was OMG I can't weigh THAT much, but I did and it was the final push into Bariatrics ---I promised myself I will NEVER weigh THAT MUCH AGAIN. It didn't look good, feel good 😟and wasn't good for me😦 So now I'm on the downward match toward a healthier more fit,life.

So I should trick my mind into thinking I'm post surgery? Well,it would save me that 50+ mile trek to Columbus, the indignity of a month on a liquid diet, 2 pre, 2 post weeks, 5 little air vents in my pale,little tummy and vitamins and a miniscule diet for the rest of my life. But anymore I take unsolicited advice, especially from myself, with a grain of salt. Nope, I booked into this excursion a long time ago, I like a challenge, and I think,I'd like to see this thing the rest of the way through. No quick shortcuts for me, I'm doing this at the right time, for the right reason and for the right person. ME. And all the labor that has gone into,it,will make my victory sweeter. I may not be a soothsayer but I can see far enough ahead to see a future and I'm there, smiling, healthier and thinner. Yesterdays are in the past, today is a gift, that is why it is called the present. And I will move forward even if the world tries to wound me. Scars and all-- I still face forward 😝without fear.

Only way I could ever stand rhubarb was in strawberry-rhubarb pie. Hmmm I wonder about mixing cooked rhubarb with sugar free Jello, might be a possibility?😲

Yeah mine on April 25th was silky smooth, I had tied myself up in knots worrying because of last time, Dr Kramer was wonderful, I believe I now am where I should have been from the start. Now I feel blessed and I'll share my joy with each and every,one of YOU❤!

An answer for all of us. Was to WallyWorld today, they have come up with an Equate version of Premier Protein, $5.25 as apposed to $7,27. only in Chocolate-Vanilla-Caramel versions so far but 30mg protein also. Might be a savings if they only taste as good.😈

no not at all, you just have worked so hard and haven't reaped the benefits as yet. An uber-normal reaction, I have a case also. No vaccine for it except moving dates closer. I am feeling and sharing your pain, I want,mine done as well😟

FYI I am and and probably,since birth a Republican. That said I am not and never will be a Trumpetarian, and I resent the hijacking of my political party by that loud foul-mouth orange faced bully, pprobably loath him more than the average Democrat for I lost more by his election than they did. And I don't want the world to think I condone him!😲
