I often see people talking about Optifast, is it sold in Big Box stores, GNC, health foods stores, or only from your Bariatric surgeon? A few seem to love it, most tolerate it, and some loathe it. ,, Just Wondering?😯

FYI Miranda and Christine the anti nausea patch which is usually scopalamine, will give you blurry vision and in some cases a headache. As the old carnival barker said "you pays your money, you takes your chance"! 💙And a hug for each of you. Frust8

3 suggeastions for if it does start itching. 1 Domeboro soaks, active ingredient oatmeal. You can duplicate it, if you're cleared for bath, cool bath, what I usually did was tie up oatmeal in a dishtowel, and use it kind of gently patting it on me. Think you could duplicate it with barely warm shower and do,same thing. 2. My mama used cornstarch/ old fashioned laundry starch, the kind you usually had to cook to use. I had and sometimes still get allergic rashs. 3. Late MIL swore by baking soda baths or using it in damp compress.

To me Sucralose has an aftertaste, and more than a little gives a headache. I don't notice the taste of Stevia, prefer it to monkfruit and agave. And keep me away from aspartame and saccharine, they are the migraine makers for me😞👸

I hope your arm goes down in swelling and starts feeling more comfortable. Now you have a tiny taste,of what I and Fluffy Chix fight against with lymphedeoma. Not a fun condition to have , mine is both lower legs, left one worse, hers is left arm. @Charlie's daughter, check Costco, Sam's Club, Wal-Mart, GNC, if none of these,have what you need check at a natural or health food store. There are soy,pea and other plant-based options. My late Granny's saying "God never made an itch he didn't make a scratcher to fit it" Translation: There is always an answer if you look and search long enough. Arabian I don't think I'm wrong, I think Splenda is sucralose, and gasp, that's a sugar alcohol, look for Stevia instead. I believe Svelte is soy-based and stevia, the bad news. is it doesn't contain 30 grams protein but less. What can I say? 👈😝👉 Life just isn't perfect!

So far new measuring cups,3 different kinds protein shakes, 4 different flavors, caramel, French vanilla, peaches and cream, blueberry, a mixing. drinking/cup, baby spoons 2-different sizes. small plates, small mug-type,cups, like you would soup in, Rubbermaid small containers, couple teeny cups with lids, donated by relative overflowing with tupperware, she used previously for salt/pepper in picnic basket& measured 2oz. Want to get small scale and blender when Bariatric God's grant me a date. That's all I have so far😝

They often give you medicine to,prevent gallstones, a bad gallbladder won't give you stones in the kidneys but rapid weight loss could. Hope everything will be okay with you😝
