Danke Liebling, I knew it had to be a good and worthy thought. I kept puzzling over and over. It was like those man-on-the-street interviews on TV where they ask somebody to finish a familiar saying like " To err is divine, to persist is..." and the person says Stupid or a Foolish Gamble. or to watch the shark swim by, something silly or wrong and you're saying Hunh? Thanks for coming through when I'm needing you, and I just wrote a poem again.😝

And I have another problem, I want my Bariatric surgery so bad, I'm starting to sound,like a plastic surgery junkie,you know them, they repeatedly,have surgeries trying to look and have the shape of Barbie Doll.,While Cloudburst is drinking enough tea to float,downstream and Nicoleea is reading " The fall and Decline of the Western World" as she walks, I'm on the floor, having a tantrum and shouting,"Slash me,,Please Please Slash Me!" Guess it all depends on your viewpoint, doesn't it?😞

What exactly does that sign say? I've got: eating better,got easier when I can't,have that turned into I" what? That's all I got, what does the rest mean?😟

moondoggie it might not be hinger at all. It can be acid secretion from your stomach pouch, your wounded tummy trying to heal and probably a couple other things that have slipped my,mind, your surgeon's office will know for,sure. Nut my bet is: not hunger.

Your cheery NSV came at a good time, I was having a PLOM morming, counting up my ready cash, if I pay the majority of bills and utilities, I'll need to call my landlord and tell him I can't pay my rent in one lump, I'll have to space it out. Rough when you can't pay perfectly for shelter and yet can't afford to move. Not between. a rock,and a hard place quite yet,but feel like I'm slipping into the crack quickly. Don't have someone from the older generation to talk to about it, when I had my back turned, I suddenly became the older generation. So hearing of the sweet small victories you're having somehow encourages me to stay the course. Just enough milk for 1 bowl of cereal so I'll let my son have that and I ate a bowl of leftover soup. I'll go to the supermarket and stock,up on what I'm low on.And maybe the PLOM cloud will dissipate. PS PLOM stands for Poor Little Old Me, guess even I get those kind of blues. 😭

Alas as I sit here and wait for my "call up" to active duty in the BARIATRIC WARS I have time to listen and ponder many things.One hmnn thing: the little last minute worries we come up with. One lady was concerned they would be removing her patient gown in the operating room,not for modesty sake, although that still might have some bearing, she was concerned she would be cold and her surgery would be postponed because of goosebumps. Another was concerned she might start talking about past boyfriends or confess petty thievery while semi-awake. Although I am not overly thrilled that 6-10 more people in Columbus will know whether I am a natural redhead or not, the fact they are going to make 5-7 holes in my tummy like a. demented woodpecker on speed, I'll even put up will that to have my surgery done. Do you have any silly or irrational fears about your surgery? it's okay, you're among friends here

Yes arnica is great for bruising, Tomkitten thought it was all smoke and mirrors until he used it himself. I does work! Keep healing, I'm proud of how good you're doing.😝

@janebingley it's almost time. May 15th is nearly,here, now did you ever tell us where you're having your surgery at? Anyway we hope you update afterwards, and I'll be sending good healing thoughts your way.😝

I wonder if I'll ever be brave enough to,post? I plan to have my son take presurgical ones, maybe when there's a change I'll post some in.🎈😝🎈

Are you on your liquid diet yet? If not,do you have a starting date? What kind do you think you'll be using? I've tried several different ones so far, my favorite Premier Protein Peaches and Cream.😝

@Charity G I hope you had a good Mothers Day and are continuing to heal. Do you know if you had a good weight loss as of yet? How are you doing getting your 64 oz in ? I do good now, but after surgery, I wonder if I'll do that well.😝

Oh I promise not to, just a sick,threat, I get so discouraged by the slowness of it all. maybe I am like Cinderella waiting for the Prince to show up with my shoe, I want to return to to the ball and still dance,but scared nobody wants me at that dance. Am I going to be stuck forever with stuck on food to scrub. What if,he goes back to the palace to go to the bathroom and forgets to look for me anymore? I've developed a horrid hangnail on my scrubbing hand, and my manicure fairy godmother gave me,is shot.What's going to happen next?
