@TanishaRnY, I bought the last 2 packages of Svelte French Vanilla my local Wal-Mart was clearing out, gosh I wish they were still carrying it. It does taste good, no overwhelming soy over-taste. Yes it is a little poorer in protein but when I use it for my night snack I sleep so well..😁

And also she might have just been saying "You carry your weight well!" a quasi- compliment. I believe my first reaction would be. "What?" followed by "Thank You, I Think"😏

I think you'll find the good surgeon's care about you as a person, my impression is: bariatric surgery is not the easiest of the surgical specialities, but the ability to effect,such changes in people's lives is immensely,gratifying.💞💜😝

@Mattymatt had his surgery there but he had a female surgeon. He said she was very good.

I am not yet on the sacred pre-diet but I currently,replace my lunch with a protein shake,because,most of the time I'm either busy or disinclined to cook them Before I would eat a bolonga on white bread, tuna salad on whole wheat or a Greek yogurt with fruit. Now to your question, I think it will be okay. Many diets,let you have a lean,protein with or without a vegetable for a meal. Just get on back to the liquids like Doctor wanted. As long as it's a few days before it should clear out of your body and,it will be our little secret!👉😁👈

I started out in August 2015 and I think,i can see the finish line ahead. Long stories, I'm not disappearing anywhere, after my surgery I'll still be around. If you have any questions, just ask.
