Take a deep breath, let it out, relax , smile, be your best "you"-99 and 99/100ths bariatric surgeons are wonderfully kind compassionate individuals. If you want carry a note pad & take notes. You,will get oodles of information at this appointment but it's to make your future surgery smooth, uneventful and to insure the best outcome possible. After you talk, he or she may make a suggestion what kind of surgical procedure will be best for you. Ultimately,it is your decision but take their advice also, they are truly professionals and know their business inside out. As an example, I first considered a certain surgery but after my chat I realized the benefits of the other, and that will be the one I soon will have.. But I send good wishes and if there's anything we can do to help you along the way,just ask, okay?😛

empathy and compassion extended to you, I've walked the wall and waited until almost too late in my life for surgery. I'm probably,too close to this fire, it makes my scars hurt. It does lead to esophageal cancer, my Cousin June-Ellen died 2 years ago at Cleveland Clinic. I still miss her and probably always will. June Bug thought she had indigestion from Hades , went to our local hospital aka.the Band Aid station, they couldn't find. anything, no surprise there, they couldn't find their own backside unless somebody painted it with glow in the dark paint, sent her on to one of the Columbus hospitals where they claimed not to find much,wrong. Family took her. to Cleveland Clinic, she died on their operating table. Be glad you are getting it taken care of in time. You and I could be surgery twins, I still haven't get a definate date myself. Good Golly, I might as well book a chamber orchestra, wonder if the one that played at Prince Harry's wedding is available? Just don't bring that cello player, made me nervous, the way he rolled his eyes around I thought he might be going into a seizure! At any rate, Good Luck and,keep me updated.😛

Only two more appointments until you have surgery? Wow! Must be that Philadelphia Freedom that they always sang about. You Keystone Staters can say you're "On your Way in Pa" you do see to get things done quick.😛

Wow what a NSV! This one I'm looking forward to. I have lost weight in my face, forearms, wrists and an almost loss of body inches. I rationalize that since I am still presurgical there is hope for me yet. But as I have lymphedema the word "swelling" resonates with me. Keep me updated as more NSV occur for you.😛

I have completed my requirements and am waiting for a scheduling,date for RnY bypass. If you,need a friend to talk things over within I'm almost always available. Wowsers so glad to hear from you. As i inch closer day by day,these could be happening to me. So glad you're doing well enough ,to go home. I was expecting to hear from my hospital' based program this AM so,i tucked the cellphone in bed with,me and slept in. Still no call from OSU, I'll give them a call pretty soon if I don't hear. I'm not as patient as once I was.

Use what you have at home. You can,use juice cans , cans with motor oil unopened. Walk, ride your bike, jog in the neighborhood, help with houshold chores like swweping, pick up sticks and branches in the yard, mow the yard without the fancy riding,one. Improvise, you' I'm better about you and you'll keep the hardwon strength going.

Shame you can't take them into the Great Smokies and lose them. If they holler. just tell them you'll mention it to the State Police on June 5th. What a miserable nasty way to lose weight. I get very unhappy when my,Moondoggie gets mistreated like this.!

Don't you wish you'd said that was better than being scrawny and having an ugly face and an ugly attitude. I am so happy you've made arrangements for yourself. You might get a chuckle from this- got a bill recently from the place that screwed me over. After they bled money out of my primary and secondary insurance they asked for $26 from me. Stretchy pants of some sort, yoga sweat or pj bottoms, don't take right ones, they blow you up,with Carbon Dioxide to the point you feel like the Thanksgiving Turkey. Hint- if you smell sweet potatoes,stuffing or butter, waddle out of there as fast as your little drumsticks will carry you. It means you have become the main course! Chapstick,Biotene and GasX strips, a charger for your cell phone if you're taking it. Slippers because those bumpy bottom socks are hard to walk on and you will be doing some walking. O would take a pen and a steno,tablet but I write poetry and like to document things. Take something from home to relax you, like that lady and her pillow. so took a homemade microfiber blanket, I always get cold, I put it around my shoulders like a shawl when I wasvrevovering from knee surgery, even a small stuffed animal, it's your party so if that is what it takes to rock,it, I doubt anybody will laugh. I'm a tactile beastie so something to stroke and rub my fingers on. But most of all take deep breaths and know you're going to,be n e out just fine. Hugs, now put that pretty smile on, relax and remember you're loved here.💙😛💜

tomorrow is your day TexasGal! Are you excited? I would be vibrating off the walls right now. What time is your surgery tomorrow? I always hate the way they always waited so,late in the day to notify you. I guess they are very busy, but I'm just as important as everybody else. Anyway UPDATE us when the surgery is over.😛

As much as I dream,of a 15/16. You have every right to see how low,you can go. God speed and we will be waiting,for further updates in the future. It has to be feeling so good seeing those changes.👕👖
