Me too, I think I would like,one of those. Maybe on the inside of my left wrist or forearm where I can see it myself and celebrate what I have been through!

I remember reading,about one of these Hollywood ladies, mind you I always thought she seemed petite, everything,constructed fine and a size I could envy. She had a small birthmark, maybe like one or two others there , think of Cindy Crawford although that's not who it was. It loomed large in her mind, whined in an interview. This spot no bigger than a pencil,dot, well to her it was the,size of Mount St Helens, stuck,up farther than Piles Peak. So,now when I see something I think,is big and obvious , I'm going say like Matt Z (thanks for the thought) I am a statue,still being refined and perfected, and when the masterpiece of me is completed, well I'll set the Art World back,in their heels. And I won't be locked away in a drafty museum, I'll be living breathing and rocking the🌏!

Also if it has a casing, peel it off after cooking. No worry about casings getting stuck, or squeeze,the filling out and grilling as a bratwurst burger petty.

Lex2387 so glad you've evicted him from your life. At least you didn't have to die,like my late friend Kathi in Columbus, hers tortured and killed her while her 3 year old daughter slept in the next room. We, her friends, tried to warn her but she "loved" him, thought it was her duty to stay with him. She was a sweet beautiful,32 year old, after he got through mutilating and killing her, she was a closed casket. Not even the most skilled mortician could fix what he did. I still mourn her, I felt so for her little Amanda Joan who lost both parents that day. Kathy's parents stepped in, raised her, saw her college graduation picture and she is the image of Kathi, only,thing she inherited from that price of corrupt flesh that fathered her was her hair shade, and a good dye would change that! Sorry I went off on a rant but I'm so grateful you didn't share Kathi's path. Sending a loving hug, only wish things had been different and I still had Kathi to hug!💦

Weird, I would vote for some sort of nerve impingement. What actually caused it? Strange movement during exercise rotating or causing vertebrae motion. Besides that it's only a guess?

I'm sure Johnsonville makes either a chicken or turkey brat, might check into them too. PS I like brats also, with something,like Brown mustard,even forgo the lovely rye bun with/without caraway seeds in the interest of science and my future health.🍖

Didn't one of a OP's DH(for Dear Hubby) call it the Goodbye Calories Final Musical Tour? Thought it was cute at the time, putting my last evening transgression with 2 meatballs and a slice of pepperoni off of Dear Son's pizza slice🍕 in that category. Besides it upset my GERD and I couldn't sleep. Better than future RnY dumping but instructive anyway! And I WILL go and sin no more. So help me Dr Needleman(my future surgeon) and/or God.😛

If , in looking, you don't find one start it, wouldn't be the first time almost same topics got started. How to do it? Let me tell you how I have done,it. I use the Android app off of my Lollipop level smartphone but maybe computer bass is similar. Go over to different forums headings, on my phone I scroll to the right. I have started one under General Weight Loss, Pre Surgery or Gastric Bypass. Ok in lower right there's a kinda goofy looking icon. Tap it and fill out each heading as you come to it, when you're done, tap post and it's done. It will show,up in that heading, but a couple times for me it came out on to the Timeline heading, if it doesn't the first time someone else finds it and comments it will "come,out" Now,i am a curious-type person myself, if I don't find something on Timeline that interests me I go back,and re-read those,headings where I said your new posting would go. So by my answering I have brought a few things out myself, either they are new ones or something that hasn't been commented on for a while. Does this help you Any? Also did anyone get out on Prenatal vitamins instead of the Bariatric multiples we hear of so ofte R on postings? My dietician/NUT reasoning, the level of iron should be sufficent without separate iron augmentation. Your Thoughts?😌

So which is really best? Sublingual regular pills patches Injections? What worked or is working best for you, as a future RnY do I have to worry more or less than my sleeved brothers and sisters?😰

One of my favorite PreSurgery times smoothie was frozen n unsweetened strawberries, pineapple juice and a a ripe or almost ripe banana. Would this in the future still be okay for me if I added protein powder and maybe China seeds for more fiber? Can some of you more seasoned veterans wade in on this subject? Makes me yearn for it just laying here.😰

How are all you with surgeries since the first of June? Are everybody turning the pain corner and heading toward better health? In a short month you guys will be my veterans and I'll be one of the ones coming to you for help and encouragement!😛
