June Sleevers Lets Get Excited!!!
Frustr8 replied to gully90's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
a glorified stomach medicine. Actually stands for proton pump inhibitor, after your surgery your sleeve or pouch(in my case) will be crabby, crying its tears,of rage. Sadly it's tears are stomach acid, whic h is rough on surgically wounded surfaces so your surgeon makes sure you have this to keep from ulcers forming. I am still,PreSurgery, but already on Dexilant Most people are put on omeprazole, I'm just a little special ๐๐,๐ -
I'm sorry MS TIBBS my phone obviously wants you Remarried as well. I am certain I entered it correctly.๐ช

And while you are paddling around in your little yellow kayak. I will be having my,own Rocky Mountain High, standing there, arms outstretched and embracing it all. I think there is something deep inside that makes you want to feel rooted and nature does that for me.๐ฒ -

Coming up with a blank
Frustr8 replied to Jenyp8409's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I imagine a scenario. Person asking dietary advice. Stall saying You've had your surgery , your color is good, pushing person out door like a snowshovel,on her bottom. Morale Just because you have your surgery you may not still need them. Getting used to a nice new sleeve or bypass pouch may take a while like learning to ride a bike. Don't removed the training wheels before you are certain of perfect balance m -
Not quite as much as PLANET FITNESS!

One sad thing to interject, today is the 6th anniversary,of the Late Lamented, my children's father. Even with his failings, being human he had many, he was a good father to the kids no matter the,pee-poor way he treated me. Remember I was (and still am I guess) whose designated goal in life was to get a man, marry him and never let him get away. So many, times I stiffled an snappy answering, remark, just involuted, kept it buried,in my heart. And cried and cried inside. You won't supposed to let it out and ruin your mascara. Face to us was almost as important as to the oriental. Do I miss and mourn him, sir we were together 44 years. But do you know what I mourn the most? The ateas where he had great potential, for great accomplisments and he willfully, didn't attemp or even try.

One of the bad times about living this long is living, this longm Th3 food thing is memories of these holiday ocassions. As well,as many July 4th memories I was in Canada for the Centennial of Confederation. So I am asking Americans, Canadians, Filipino and French to share their memories of these summer holidays. And I will be giving a " shout out" to someone special. I would like thank the ๐ฌ๐ง UK. For you see once we were their colony, and when we got rebellious, we said " Mum I want to live on my own" and after a couple of wars, they have perpetually, been our closest and deepest ally. So thank you, Mum England, like any child we gave you some pain and worry, made you shake your head. But you know your big๐บ๐ธ ocean to ocean child is now 242 years old and I think we still are doing pretty fine.๐๐๐

@Nnoi Ana @ mercmerc, I lost a whole 4 more pounds since weight cue Nnoi yawning, she and Nnoi- mommy lost 15-20 pounds, true and a โคfelt goody for both tem. But chillun' remember I have the Basal metabolism rate of a fat slug on anti'-depressants. The lat time someone put me on a starvation level diet,i lost 1.5 lbs from all the water I was taking in to fool my tummy into feeling full. Incidently it didn't work, I got a bang bang headache and cried a lot. Having some stressors in my life, truth known i'm posting on BP to avoid my problems. It's the 4th of July and I doubt any answers are going to come. Landlord wants to evict,me, he thinks it means I just fade off into the sunset. No I've lived in Columbus, there Sherrod or police come to enforce the order, your possesions get set by the curbside, your reputation and credit rating get besmirched. Let,me tell you a story, my good friend and I were living,in Clintonville, south of Weber Rd, yeah nice area, white and upward moving blacks. There is all of her stuff sitting there, she is with it, than she realizes she has to take a bathroom break, it's a weekday and none of her neighbors are home, can't get back in her former home because she longer has a key, too much of a lady to go behind a bush etc. so she hikes down to a gas station on N High street, when she comes back she has lost her TV's , regular computer, only reason she didn't lose the laptop was she had it with her, when Mother Nature called she was trying to find alternate housing, luckily she was still in range of cable provider or Verizon and they hadn't found the wifi, it was located in a closet they happened not to check. A good portion,of her bedding although they did leave the wooden queensize bed frame. Do you think,I look forward to something like this? The last time I talked to,landlord who lives less than 15 miles from Indiana border, he would call it off if I would deposit $600 into his savings account, doesn't sound bad? it does when you get $900 a month Social Security and trying hard to stretch it. Subsidised housing? Can't get into senior housing because Tomkitten is under 65. One place has waiting list but will only accept 1 small pet, I have 2 indoor cats, which one do,i,throw away? They have done nothing wrong, why should one be sentenced to Cat Wefare? Metro in my county is so backlogged that don't even accept applications anymore, maybe in January 2019.I am used to a house now, don't know if I could stand neighbours right tight to me in Apartment living. Tomkitten and I want and need each other, when I need walking help, something heavy or two-person there he is. I'm happy to provide him shelter and cook for him. And now I do have my surgery, coming up, I must get through a major surgery, even many young people balk at. No i,know neither of you have, but you are creme de la creme of your generation as I am of mine. At any rate if he harbors any delusion of taking me to small claims court let him try, I have photo documentation of the deteristion of these premises he has neglected to repair. In the 10 years since he inherited from his later I have consistent paid into his savings account $48,000. that is much, money the the market value of this house. If somebody was to buy here, they would not be paying for the house but the size of the land it stands on. He thinks its worth $45000, well Zillow, a real estate app says 34,000 tops. And if they saw the black mold. 95% unfinished basement, paneling, loosening, baseboards misiing, and the amount of plaster missing from ceilings and walls of upstairs bedrooms, no bank appraiser would okay it. I am certain homes on the Hilltop and King-Lincoln, even Merion Village are more structurally sound. No I have not nagged for repairs, but he inherited he made a walk-thru with his wife and clipboard, did he think perhaps things will heal themselves? I'm sorry I have rambled on so long but it seems like a D*** if you do, D***** if you don't situations. At one time I could go to an aunt my,parents or LL parents, now I'm the older generation. And it looks bleak, maybe a Hatitian family will adopt me, maybe they only clear $60 yearly but they also don't have the IRS. Maybe after, today things will, look a little brighter?๐ฃ๐๐ฉ

Kim I like, the way your surgeon thinks . I hereby dub HIM Dr Does things right.

Okay we shall try this again I had a beautiful message for you and verdompt Verizon dropped it First the guy at Riverside is Dr Rana ,I don't want Nnoni to think I deliberately messed up his name. If Dr Needleman decides to ever visit as a courtesy Dr Marc Michalsky's appointments you will see him. sooner than me. Dr Needleman has done many surgeries himself as well as training many many, other bariatric surgeons. You will be in the safest hands, just to make sure I am sending both best wishes and ๐prayers your way for tomorrow and your REBIRTHDAY the 25th. Oh this is exciting for both of us! We are going to be such July Sparklers๐ lighting up both day and night skies!

Congratulations GwennyPenny, I currently look like your BEFORE with strawberry blonde hair. It is most sincere wish to someday look like your AFTER and you, inspire me to stay the course until, mine happens for good also. Thank, you for your visual testimony, you look. truly fine.๐๐

And your Dr Michalsky is no slacker, heads a free-standing adolescent unit at Children's , 2 of my 3 kids were patients at one time at Children's as was one of my two, grandaughters. OMG just happened. to think, my younger grandgirl is going to be 21 in October. I knew I was nearly as old as Dirt but this comfirms it. Amy will be 21 on October 24th and I will be 73 on December26th. At least I know my surgery won't be the 25th, if Dr Bradley is off helping Dr Marc with yours. Too bad, that would have been my parents 75th W.A. Well,if I can't have that day I will cheerfully take another. Should be 16th on, depends on how long. a liver-shrinking diet I have mandated, hope it is 2 weeks or less. I officially have been passed on to the pre-surgery schedulers from Jessica my case manager/ coordinator. Dr Bradley for a pre-meeting and an EDS is given. That is my term probably unofficial for Estimated Date Surgery. Started packing items in my pink camo duffle, bag, so far a couple jammie bottoms, housecoat, and a cake of soap in plastic container. Not much I know but makes it seem closer to real.๐ When I went for my introductory seminar in March there must be a couple hundred there, you are the very first person I have met up with on Bariatric Pal that even knew Dr Needlman. I have a couple bari-friends on here that are having theirs at Riverside with Dr Raja. One said one of her BFF had surgery at OSU with Dr Noria, liked her a lot. Why doesn't my friend go to OSU? She works in another department at Riverside and they get downright crabby if their employees go anywhere else. Me, I am exceptionally nice, I spread my business around, my Pulmonary is on Taylor Station Rd, my Cardiologist is at Dilley Ridge in Canal Winchester, they are both Mount Carmel, my Neuro on Chatam Lane- Riverside, my Sleep Lab here in Mount Vernon, and rest of my stuff at OSU. Hope they all appreciate me and my insurance helping them meet their money budget. Well Marshall McPeak is going tell me when it is going to rain!๐๐๐ฆ

Yes Dr Needleman is head honcho of Bariatrics and Metabolic Weight Management at OSU , has been doing minimal invasive (hmnn right spelling? For once my Verizon doesn't have a better idea) gastrointestinal, and bariatric surgeries since 2005 or so. Probably, could find his way around GI systems with his eyes closed but I would prefer he keep his eyes open. FYI although it truly doesn't manner he is 49 years old. Not bad looking, maybe not total eye candy but worth 6 or7 pieces of salt water taffy. NYC peeps he started out training at Mount Sinai, so when he was a youthful doctor he was one of yours. How did he get to Ohio ? I'm sure there's a story there, his partner Dr Noria trained in Toronto Ontario. Yes I looked both of their bio up, Frustr8 is very careful. whose table she climbs upon! At any rate Dr Noria is very pretty, snapping dark eyes, both Uber-smart and talented, I have absolutely no fear putting my life in their hands.

Only difference is instead of Mommy Mommy Mommy in a whining voice, it's Nenes Be new Hola Nenes I'm talking to YOU! Still makes you want to chew the inside of your lip to keep from screaming.๐ฃ -
Hola Bari-Siblings! Ohio State has a 8 stage plan for my Bariatric future, I am now at Step 6-meet with BARIATRIC surgeon, in my case Bradley Needleman MD, have him tell me the length of my presurgical liquid liver shrinking diet, 1 week,2 week(usual) or shudder an entire month. 1 month usually reserved for BMI greater than 51. One nurse awarded 47.3 other supposedly equivalent RN said I had shortened and gave me 50.15, who's right? I vote for the lower, but like my vote on National Election Day- meh. Insurance is okay, at this point they say " Will you just operate, already? We're tired of this dragging on so long!" So Dr Needleman, Estimated Date of Surgery, and then Glory Glory๐ฅ It is finally REBIRTHDAY for me me me!๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ช๐ฉ๐ฉ๐
