I honestly,wouldn' t go down more than one sixe. The larger you are the more you have to,go down to change sizes,, it's not fair but that's the rules. of ladies clothes. But as we get smaller the sizes change quicker, there might only be 5 pounds between,a 10 and 12.

If they told you they didn' want you talking about, then don't, but go ahead and have the surgery,for You And if they aren't proud of you .we are veru,much.

Sometimes they keep VSG on liquids longer because of the long staple line they have to heal up. Wouldn't want YOU,to bust a gusset after all that surgery. That would be a VERY VERY BAD scene.

Well I about half way through my Dietary Purgatory, I do hope this makes a difference in my livrr,like it's supposed to. I am supposed to be on 1000 calories, some days I go over to 1150, some days 850-900,hope it is still ok. Think it is because some shakes are 100, some are 160 and there is one 180 but the carbs and fats are,lower, go figure. Today the shakes taste ungodly sweet, maybe dilute them half strength? You would think my rhythm would be perfect,but I'm humans sometimes I'm busy,and don't space perfect. Well we'll see what happens next.

Yeah I can understand what you're saying. I have big bum, slight pot-belly. and bigger calves, so where pants taper in I don't, and the pretty dress slacks are always pegged. Guess I'm stuck,in Boxer waist straight leg pants until the "reno " kicks into High Gear.

I hope I look better after my surgery, looked at myself in the mirror and I look frazzled.

That's the thing, we learn as we go and since everyone's surgery and recovery are a little different,we take all the wisdom and see how it fits in our own life.

Maybe because they are bigger and tend,to have more muscles? Still don't think,its fair they tend to,make weight losses quicker and smoother. Seems like even our stalls are more jerky.
