Kind of second Fluffy Chix memories. My mama would heat tomato soup but would drop bicuit dough dumplings with an small chunk,of cheese in them, cover until they floated to the top, soft and cheese gooey, Wounded if we could use light tomato soup, lower calorie Bisquick and a low- fat cheese like mozzarella?🍛

They had a pop-up tornado on James Road yesterday, came up so quick,the National Weather Service didn't warn them. Luckily no one injured or killed but they lost a lot of beautiful old- growth trees, always sad when you see them uprooted. Reminds me of the troubles North Carolina had and still is having. And North Carolina is such a pretty pretty state, only been there once but it gave me beautiful memories.😛🌸🌺🍀

My bariatric surgery people gave me some Premier Protein clear in a fruit punch flavors Gosh it is Trong and sweet, cut it Down to 1/3. 1/3 Minute Maid 15 fruit punch and 1/3 bottled water. Made something good to sip on and still plenty strong.

I ordered some Genpro from Bariatric Pal store, to add extra to things. Bari- bud has used it, so. I ordered on her recommendation. Had also considered Body Fortress from Wal-Mart, one of the Guy Bari- buds liked it a lot.😋

And @ Jakesoldlady I predict future success for you. Much as we all HATE and complain about prediets they do serve a purpose. So your prepwill be over and you'll be heading to surgery. And on the sidelines will me and a thousand Bari-Pals cheering you on. YOU CAN DO THIS!

@ UnDefinedBeauty and @ LauraD84, did you ever have your surgeries. I meet so many nice people on here and I often w/o see how their stories end.

Seems like they have troubles in NE Ohio, things fine and dandy downstate. Columbus chicks getting done just fine.

And @merc merc, Nnoni and I we are all here to write you more chapters of the Columbus Saga, we all have our slants on things.

And if anyone wants an update, I did finally get my RNY. On September 5th 2018 my very own Precious Pouch was constructed by my surgeon Bradley J Needleman. It was 3 weeks ago, and PP and I have an uneasy truce. She likes liquids, she usually likes protein shakes, but then there are the pureed foods. She is selective about these, sometimes it is Happyville, sometimes she plays Elevator " Everything Going Up" next stop the Outside World! And one day, "Hmmn So Good," next day "Nothing Going Through" But everyday I grow stronger and I think she will too. Life is a life-long Book, if you thi,k you understand it all, someone goes and turns the page#

Hot air from the Ohio Statehouse, they sure generate enough in Columbus! Seriously I think they inflated and then pumped it out at the end. Weird, when I got to my patient room, I expected to be FATTENED UP, I was not. I expected ABD and such, nope 4 criss cross steristrips , 1 in top of navel, 1 lengthwise steriStrip 7/8 inch,long on right, Big Red the main one, RNY are on the right, sleevers on the left because that is where they pull the stomach remnant out. Anyway he had 5 up and down steri-strips on him. And 1 little one at the bottom of my sternum. But all small critters. Hardly any swelling/bruising on them.Barely slashed, barely gashed and no signs of bashed. My guy does quality work!

Had RNY- no gas to process out- my tummy as flat afterwards as before. 😋😆😛SAYL my friends!

Wonder that one myself, when Precious Pouch rebels it feels like there is food stuck there although I don't go above 1/8th=2T to a 1/4th cup=4T at any one time. Waters, most liquids drain fine, even protein shakes hardly give me a trial. EGD am I on my way to a balloon dilatation of my stoma? Rather not travel 50 miles for it, but urping, barfing and Frank vomiting get old real quick! And where am I losing the most weight? The wrists, I now have old lady wrists, and I didn't need the loss there!

@H2Nealn Kbridge, Planochick, you have done all you can do, you have prepared to the best of your abilities, lean back, lay quietly, let God and your surgeon handle it from now on. You gals are my T-birds, Texas and Tennessee. Had RNY, no drain, just minimal if any pain, 6 little incisions and they are healing well , Precious Pouch 3 weeks old on Wednesday the 26th, she is tempermental, I am red-headed maybe she gets her stubbornness from Mama?

blood work , type and crossmatch, didn't believe I'm A Rh negative so knock yourself out!, temp ,BP ,pulse ox and XRay. And I got a last minute lecture to stay healthy. Finally an internal medicine resident went down each and every blood system to make sure I hadn't hide any weird abnormalities. Should have told her my right Big Toenail doesn't grow, too bad Dr RushI Patel, you missed something!
