And May I beat the TomTom for my own favorite protein shakes, Ensure High Protein( make sure You don't accidently pick up the 320 calorie version, you want 160 calories) in 🍓, no fakey flakey evaporated milk taste, no bitter after- taste, to me it tastes like Strawberry Nesle Quik and the Wild/ Mixed Berry in Ensure Max , it's pretty tolerable, might run a Dollar more than Premier Protein and it's Hench- FRIENDS but for me it's the Freshest, made in Columbus Ohio, 48 miles SW of here, Abbott Labs does a multitude of products and also very civic- minded in Franklin County.

After YEARS and Years of experience using a Beach Towel or. a Terry Cloth Bath-sheet, I got out a Normal sized Bath Towel, not only did it wrap ALL the WAY around but I had Lap- over Room and could tuck the Edge in. Isn't THAT a Sweet NSV? Because I am So So Proud I've stuck IT through to this point in LIFE and Holy Holy Hip-hop, I AM APPROACHING TRULY AVERAGE/NORMAL SIZE FOR A HUMAN- TYPE PERSON! And I am Over Joyed! 👈😜👉

A shame because I used to like it a Lot but that's Just the Breaks of It All, doubt I Too will ever be able to Eat it Once Again- and I am Over a Year out- believe it hits us "Kangaroos" harder, our pouches just do Not Forgive Well such an Insult!

Yeah, tastes about as appealing as White Flour Paste but it does coat and heal them painful ulcers, and as somebody who has woke up with right subcostal pain from jejunal ulceration, PAIN IS NOT WORTH MISSING MEDS!

Breads and rice, somebody said use good quality bread, toast it well and you'll be fine. Ha Ha to the INTH Degree! Also most meat, ground or pureed into submission, Precious Pouch knows and won't accept it- No siree! I was over joyed when at 10 months she let me eat Greek yogurt once again, helped with the protein deficiency, think my hair has stopped thining and might be actually reviewing. For me growth did really slow down, oh it still did but Tomkitten still gets his hair cut 2 to 1 over me- will that ever CHANGE? Well I shall perpetually be a "Work in PROGRESS", but no real use raging against it so I've mentally kicked back, accepted I may never be protein shake FREE, what Precious will agree to I make of high quality, fresh as possible, and with intrinsic vitamin or mineral content. Almost nothing from cans, has to be fresh or purely frozen. But You ME and My Future Health are worth it. After years and years of sublimating to late husband and other Family Members I have learned to put Frustr8 to the forefront. One if the reasons I treasure All of You , especially Fluffy Chix , I have learned so much reading her past postings and diet advice. So what I cannot eat or Change I find substitute FOR, keep my fluids up- People live on Fluid Drive, after All, take my vitamins and minerals, must be digesti g those because I don't made a rattling sound as I Walk. I would love a non- tight pouch- I swear THE WAY Precious Pouch acts she might be made out of Portland Cement- she will not expand above 4-5 oz and I'm a Whole Year out- so I guess there isn't a whole lot of Hope there!

And P.S. I too got permission for gummies as long as they are fruit juice based instead of corn syrup/ sugar ones. My dietician, since my daily calorie count is abysmal, said it's okay for me.

Well my Bariatric Program at The O.S.U.- WEXNER Medical Center in Columbus has had me on Prenatal Vitamins from the Get Go. Had to switch from Spring Valley to Natures Bounty" Healthy Mom "variety because of insufficient Vitamin A, I now have to have 1000 mg as well as a 10000 mg liquigel perle once a day. Already taking 1 '323mg Ferrocite. for. iron deficiency/ anemia. My Way of swallowing meds- Take sip of fluid- hold on mouth- throw/toss pills in- let them float down as I swallow- VICTORY! Absolutely LOATHED grinding meds- once I could go back to regular, I practically trampled people in my way! I may have dentures but I find NO ENJOYMENT in grinding and chewing Bariatric vitamins- still have a bottle of Bari- Melts but only use them when I have misplaced the others and I get cranky/ crabby if That Occurs.

Well that mak3s me strangely HAPPY- means the Fat- Burning Engine 🚝is still chugging along delivering the goods! Thanks @ dukegal1213!
