Maybe lemsip hot drinks, nasal decongestants and throat sprays. Feel better soon. x
Warm tea and decongestant aren’t working.

Depending on the WLS you had can change things slightly, you want to stay away from NSAIDS all together. Have you called your Surgeon's office for advice yet? For the throat issues you can use some sugar free throat drops or Cloroseptic spray. For the aches and pains, stick with Aspirin (or buffered aspirin if the normal aspirin typically upsets your stomach). But you ****REALLY**** should call your Surgeon / Doctor's office for advice on this.
Had the RNY. I’m currently out of town and really the only thing that is bothering me is that my vocal chords are coated from drainage and I sound like I swallowed a frog

I weigh at work using the same scale every time. First thing in the morning. Im tracking on Baritastic. I would have had only 1 Protein Shake by the time I weigh myself.

My Baritatric doctor said to just go back on the 2 week Protein diet. 3-4 Protein Shakes a day and 2-3 Protein Bars for break through hunger and then a lean green meal at night.
