Sleep when you can! My hospital routine was sleep, sip, walk, pee. The only thing I can mention that was horrible for me was ice water. It felt like knives! Room temperature was so good. I’m 6 days post op and have had a great recovery so far. Not to my liquid daily goals, but working on it! Better each day! Best of luck!!

I got sleeved on 3/19. Started my pre-op diet on 3/8. I’m down 19lbs and [emoji50] I have a chin!! [emoji41]

And I feel great! Down 16lbs since March 8th pre-op start. Anyone else with a smooth recovery?

I check in at 5:30am on Monday! I’ve been on my pre-op diet plan and have stuck to it. Lost 9 lbs in the 7days I’ve been on it! I can already see a huge difference in my face!

I’m only planning on taking 1 week as well. My doctor said he wants me up and active, just don’t lift over 20lbs.

I made a huge pot of gumbo! My pre op appt is March 8th. I don’t know what I’ll eat as my food funeral. I’m 100% Cajun, so probably a big ole order of boudin!! -
