How’s everyone doing?? So happy with my 85 lbs gone! Need to get in the gym & get eating back right again. I don’t care what the scale says anymore and I think THAT is my biggest victory. Time to tone up 😉

In the same boat with the hair. Running out of my thick stockpile and starting to show extremely thin spots 😳 going to try adding more protein like others have suggested. Supposedly it grows back. Maybe we should ask on forum of folks who are farther along than us...?

Stuuuuuck again I am working out more and struggling to get to 1200 calories. I guess that’s it

I have no schedule with the nutritionist post-op. They let me know they have packages for that but no requirement.

How’s everyone doing?! Sleeved 3/29 and down 40 lbs (pre+post op). Had a few little stalls but feeling good and buying smaller pants again and again [emoji1373]

Has anyone tried the Tespo vitamin system?

If you don’t want to mess with the machine, my doctor recommended barilife complete Multivitamin in powder form. I got watermelon and mix in a scoop of unflavored Protein Powder. 8-10oz water and a few ice cubes. Good stuff -
Yes!! Same here. I’m also in Texas and we were sleeved on the same day! Yesterday I sat here and took a small sip every minute just to get it in. It’s like all I do is drink, eat and take vitamins. I can’t tell you how many conference calls I’ve apologized for a timer going off. Ha!

But yes, also stalling quite a bit. Finally down 2.5 over the weekend. I think I need more water.

My doc said the calcium supplements (and other things) can be constipating but by now should be fairly regular. I’m finding since I switched to the powdered vitamin drink mix he recommended, I’m all on track in that department. Still take the calcium chews.

Stilled somewhat stalled by my surgery wasn’t until 3/29. Can’t wait to get past this!

The bags of genepro in the stores now have a sticker over them that say 30g per SCOOP not Tbsp.

CaliRey is it your doctor’s office telling you to disregard your policy? Or is it your insurance? My office wouldn’t schedule the surgery until I was approved ....
-
Alaska1980 I did the 90 day program for Aetna. No issues getting approved

Stalled all week but down 21 lbs since pre-op appt and my work pants are loose. I’ll take it!
-
Are y’all using calcium chews? I was sleeved 3/29 and I’m afraid they’ll get stuck like gum or something [emoji23] I guess just tiny bites.....
-
Every doctor is different and we should only follow our own doctor’s orders. I was also sleeved on 3/29. Mine is full liquids until Day 14 and then purées until Day 35

Mine was the same as yours and nothing like these terrible experiences! She was completely supportive! -

I would tell your surgeon immediately that they are using a person who tries to talk people out of it. They will give you a different reference. Mine was ZERO like yours. She checked for signs of depression, checked that I had reasonable goals, asked about my support system and that’s it. -
Good luck to everyone going today! Mine is tomorrow at 11am!

Yes, the clear ones do have sucralose.
