This may sound weird, but I’m feeling left out of the 2 week pre-op club...my Dr. doesn’t require it. I know someone who lost a lot of weight pre-op on this and it sounds like it would be motivating and set me up for post-surgery. Going to my pre-op Dr. visit this week and this is going to be my first question, why not?
(I have kinda been doing a modified version anyway, I really like the premier protein shakes...and have discovered PBfit which is wonderful in the chocolate shake!)
