wow im very impressed with your weight loss i was looking for pictures to encourage me and wanted to see a big diffrence..im getting banded on may 5th and am ver excited and our beginning weight at 240 is the same and i reall want to lose 100lbs like you! what a major diffrence you look great! i am 5'8 at 240 so 150 i wouldnt mind being..is there any tips or most important things that you think i should know to be successfull?
