I can for sure see the difference!! Sounds like you have had some struggles after surgery but you look amazing!! Be patient and look ahead girl!!

What information did you receive? My dr told me to start taking them during my preop stage.

HI all, I have my endoscopy in two days. I was wondering what to wear? Do they make you change? How about underclothes? Do they make you take them off? Someone told me that you are mostly awake because they ask you to swallow every so often. I thought I would be all the way out. I gag just thinking about being awake with that going on. Has anyone had one recently? Thanks guys!!

I know right? lol I stocked up on vitamins yesterday and started stocking up on protein drinks. I got work lined out and just have one more appt with my surgeon and then surgery. Thank goodness I don't have to do the 2 week liquid diet. They just require a very low carb diet. That I can do! Are you having sleeve or bypass?

It will! It will be here before you know it and if your like me you have a million things to do and not enough time lol

Have you tried adding a condiment? It may help to make it not so dry.

I know exactly how you feel. It's like it's so nice out and everyone is out doing summer time things and I am just thinking....if only my surgery was over and I had already lost this weight I would be out there also....lol I don't think it's anything out the norm and I don't think I would call it depression on my part. Just I know what is coming and what is going to be and I am just ready to join the rest of the living. If that makes sense. I want to go to the river and kayak. (always wanted to do that) and lay in the sun. I want to hike and run in the yard with my grandbabies. It's just out of reach and I am so impatient!! So yea, I know how you are feeling!! Things will get better for all of us soon!!

So I got my approval letter in the mail today! YAY! I already knew I was approved because impatient me called UHC myself and they told me. My question is, it says on my paper, Date of service 5/30/2018 then Admission date (if applicable) 5/30/2018. What does this mean? I was hoping to have my surgery the end of June because of work. Does this mean I have to have it 5/30/2018? I haven't scheduled anything with my Dr yet. Thanks so much!

Yes!!! If I want to try a flavor I go to walmart because they have the 4 packs, but since I know that I like the strawberries and bananas and caramel, I go to sams club! They have a bigger 12-ish pack! (: Thanks you so much!! I am gonna start stocking up! Got my approval letter just today although I called the insurance company and found out I was approved 2 days after my papers were submitted...lol Now just for my date!!
