That must have freaked you out? I am glad it has settled down. I think there is usually the take a few pounds back after the loss period ends anyway. Any Extreme fatigue? -

FMLA is a right not an option. You have surpassed your goal? that's amazing. I really am happy about The Naltrexone it is working wonders for my add and my weight-loss is steady in the downward direction. I am happily at my lowest of 167. hoping to ride it right to my goal of 153.7. than if all is well, my goal of 137 which is the high end of those dreadful charts used back in the day. So have you been sick due in any way from the surgery? -

Checking in at 18 months. Looking to see if anyone else got offered Naltrexone at their 18 month appointment. I have been steady at 175 for a long time. My lowest was 167. something. I expressed a desire to lose the last 20 pounds and was offered Naltrexone, due to the fact that I have been on Wellbutrin for 17 years already. Surprisingly enough I jumped at it. I feel like this is a magic pill. My add symptoms are completely gone. (completely) been struggling for years off and on Adderall and achieved my degree going back to school huge struggle but did it. I am lucky that I never got my hunger back. Still get full really quick. Where last year I could eat only 4 ounces maybe now 6. But my craving for something remained. Not sugar or flour or any one thing, But just the knee jerk response to life of getting up and getting something. As a new Accountant I have struggled with Attention to detail. which is really bad for an accountant. This Naltrexone has changed all that in a few short days. I am baffled. Really baffled. Ive dropped about 3 pounds this week. I am not looking for lunch at 12:00 oclock anymore. Its like 1:45 when I look up from my work that has been completely done flawlessly amazed. Just reaching out to see if anyone else has been offered the drug and had any experience good bad or ugly with it. I should note I went back on my Adderall and upped my Wellbutrin back to the normal level , I had let it slip to a low dose. Anyway I hope you are all doing well. sincere regards Dawn Marie -

I don’t believe it is humanly possible to stay at a consistent weight day in and day out. So, yes, I would guess it probably will last forever I agree, This is maintenance. I seem to do this with 2 pounds. Im very grateful it worked. -

anyone else stalling? I am trying to figure out if this is maintenance. I really want to say I lost 100 pounds. So I may have to start dieting. Ha probably wont happen. I am happy at 80 ish pounds size 12. I am a christian and my prayer for the last three years was God get me to the end of this bachelors degree and at a healthy weight. I am four weeks away from graduating. I am guessing God was listening. Hope all are well. -

I am so glad to see this post. I am ever so aware of my ability to eat a heck of a lot more than before and my weight loss has seemed to stop. At 80 pounds down I can't help wanting to loose that 20 more pounds or even 40 more and be that magical number the ideal body weight charts say. I am coming in around 1200 calories Loose estimate. I am hoping to start some disciplined tracking to see what the real numbers are. I cant help but wonder is this maintenance or a plateau and If I double down I will get the engine going again. any body have any thoughts. Dawn Marie -

Hi Polymorphing, I am super happy to hear about all our weight loss, Money on new clothes does suck but its so fun trying on sizes that are not plus size. I have been in a weird stall this whole month, loosing and gaining the same 1 pound over and over again. I am not sure if this is maintenance or just me not trying as hard with my protein and water. Hello, I am also super happy with the weight I have lost so far. Skin is starting to bug me a bit as well. I am in a stall but would be happy if this is maintenance. My goal weight is 154 so I hope its just a stall. Let me know how the stall progresses. Dawn Marie -

Hi Silly Kitty Checking back. that's great weight loss 90 lbs. I am starting to level out at 80 pounds. Or could just be a super stall. Which is what I hope. Let me know if you had a super stall during the 7th month, and if not what are you doing now. Dawn Marie -

That"s awesome, I have had no problems with the sleeve either. I do not for one minute miss that band. No Regrets in life but I would encourage anyone with a band to revise asap. Its a much better journey. Dawn Marie -

Hi Newbie Girl I am writing to say hello, what told you you are starting maintenance. Was it a feeling or slower weight loss? I think that band to sleeve is said to be slower, but I think that we can defy that and lose as much weight as we want. I think being in wonderland is an amazing thing. Myself I am wanting to get to my first goal of 154 so 100 pounds. Not sure if it will happen, I want to just stay the course and see where it goes. I am so comfortable at this weight or size I should say. Being a size 12 is comfortable. Dawn Marie -

Hello there O & D so happy to hear about your progress. Most likely by now you are the lightest person in the house. I am lighter than my oldest son and that really cracked him up. I am not losing this month. my body must be leveling out. I find I lose a pound or two than take it back. Let me know if you experienced any of this. I also got a new scale and have to say its very high tech measuring my water , bones and muscle and bmi and telling me how many calories to eat for how many weeks to achieve weight loss. LOL Hope to hear from you soon. Dawn Marie -
72 pounds is amazing 4 months out. whats the trick to make the scale move that fast?

I am coming up on 4 months Post op and I am so happy. The Scale this morning said 200.5 I am so excited to think I will be under 200 pounds again. It has been 16 years since I was under 200 pounds. I am not there yet but so confident in the sleeve surgery, after a failed lap band. I had a rough day the other day, was picking at food all day long and made a spaghetti bolognese for dinner. My baby 4 ounce stomach had just about enough of my bad behavior and let me know. for all you lap band to sleeve revisions who had no problem vomiting daily like I did. This was so different. It was torture. and I am so Happy it was. With the lap band if something got stuck, just vomit. I feel like I will never do that again after what it was like to puke up spaghetti bolognese. lesson learned. Would love to hear from the February peeps the good bad and ugly. 53.2 pounds down. Not even 4 months out. -

I am going away for the weekend, no kids no responsibilities. Hopefully I will make good choices. Now dont get too far ahead of me. Dawn Marie -
