Has anyone tried Herbalife products after VSG? If so, how long after surgery? How it went?

The same thing happened to me. I was able to hold in my vitamin a month and a half after the surgery, but still I can’t hold in the Celebrate Multivitamin. Just look up for different brands. The liquid vitamins helped me a lot, and I also bought some vitamins patches that are sold here at the BariatricPal Store. Good luck!

Keep on trying a bunch of things happened to me before getting the surgery. I got to the point where I said “you know what I’m quitting I guess this isn’t for me”. The last thing that I faced 3 weeks before surgery was losing my medical insurance, so after that issue I waited 7 more months to get the surgery. Just keep on trying and doing what you need to do in order to get things done. Days will pass by and the day of your surgery will come. Good luck!

Hello, guys I had my VSG on November, and I’m kind of worried because when I do any bowel movement there’s blood along with it ( Bright Blood ).

Since surgery. I do bowel movement once a week or maximum two times in a week, so any time the bowel movement happens..
