It went really well I am back home and just a little sore. It’s night was tough but got through it. When I tried to walk I was standing next to the bed I passed out. I know where you are at. Just keep doing what you are doing. Try not to focus on the numbers. I am having a revision from sleev to RNY. I got down when I got to 245 last time and gave up. My RNY is on March 7. I am on day 5 of 14 day. I can have 4 shake and 1 lean meal with 4 oz chicken and vegetables. So far so good. I am out of town and find it chalanging not being home. Have you tried putting shake in blender with ice. Makes into like a shake? Good luck to everyone.

I agree with the doctor. My wife and I both had sleeves 6 mo ago she had a RNY revision and I am having mine done March 7 because of acid reflux. I am looking forward to the date. I hope this help just my 2 cents worth -

How much protein are you eating? It is very important for weight loss and for you to be healthy. I agree with what has been said about life style, I am have a convention from sleeve to RNY. Lost 140 lbs with sleeve. But went back to how I used to eat and gain 70 lbs back. This time I am going to focus on life style change so when I finally make it to my goal ( witch I have never made it to). I will be able to keep it off Good luck -

Day 2 for me. I have to keep remember that it is day 2 of my new life where food is a tool not a thing to desire and eat just to eat. I am converting sleeve to RNY, lost over 125 lbs on the sleeve but then went back to my old habits. And put. 60 lbs back on. I am lucky to be able to do this. And want to get to my goal weight of 200. I am know 321. My date is March 7 -

I am converting sleeve to RNY on March 7. Start my 2 week diet on feb 22. Little nervous my wife is having trouble with her pouch has a ulcer making it hard to eat the right foods.
