Any Slimfast is okay. I use to hate to drink them, but once you start getting your fills you just get use to them. I really like them alot now.

First off....Congrats. You are making a good move doing this. You will be sleeping on your back for a couple of days, there is just know way around that. Get plenty of Slimfast to keep on hand, and all your juices is fine. You will be fine, and Good luck.
