How do you know if weakness/ dizziness is due to low blood sugar (i. e. food related) or dehydration (water)? -
Wow! Everyone like amazing!! What I really am in awe of is all the sleeveless tops and how every single one of you have kick ass arms. So jealous.

What about material preference? Cotton? Or something different?

Now that I'm down to a size 10 (yay me!) I need to get some new underwear. What's your favorite?
-
I think my style preference is full coverage briefs but with the high cut legs so it's not so binding.

Congratulations! Getting into 12's from 24 was very exciting for me too! I was actually pretty content there. But then I made it to 10 which is where I'm at now! I can't even imagine getting to single digits sizes! I'm not pressuring myself into it though. I just keep working the program, letting whatever happen... happen.

Congratulations! Reaching ONEderland was one of my most exciting achievements. Enjoy!

Thanks everyone for the responses. BTW for clarification (not that it really matters): I'm a size 10 in pants but I think it's a different number (7 maybe?) in underwear which is weird.

Summer 2018 Surgery Buddies: 1 Year Check In
rs replied to Ylime's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hello friends! Aug 18th will be one year since I was sleeved. The first couple weeks were really tough but as the weight has come off I'm feeling so much better. I actually intentionally look at myself in the mirror now. HW was probably 285. Started the liver shrinking diet at 265. Surgery at 250. CW 163. Ideally I'd like to get to 155 but honestly I'm pretty satisfied with where I am right now. I still have so much to work on though. I have not incorporated any exercise! I know, I know, please don't chastise me. I am well aware of the importance of exercise, including the need to build muscle. Another area that I've recently started strugglimg with is indulging in junk food, fighting with old habits of emotional eating. It's frustrating how my stomach has such a hard time with meats but it has no issues with the unhealthy stuff. I still log everything I eat, every day. So I'm not being sneaky about it. Anyway, I'm excited that I've come so far but a little disappointed that I still have so much more to work on. I also have to manage my bipolar disorder which gets in the way at times. Continued success to all of us!
