    Feeling Horrible

Do mint flavored decaf tea! Hot goes down so much better for me and the mint (especially peppermint) naturally soothes the stomach for nausea Feel better!

    question.

    Hot decaf herbal tea, sugar free popsicles and protein shakes were a life saver (still are) I still struggle to get more than 40 - 45 oz a day. HW 242, SW 236- (Bypass 12/20/17) GW#1- 199 [emoji736] (2/11/18) GW#2- 180 [emoji736] (4/2/18) GW#3- 160 CW 172 5’6”

NSV (since the scale seems stuck)

I desperately need new bras now (!!).... and One of the only places around here that is not in the mall like Victoria secret that measures - Is the plus size store. I walked in and the saleswoman asked me if I knew it was a plus size store and asked if I was in the right place!? It felt awesome… Also definitely a little rude and disrespectful - they had no problem accepting my money before —but felt awesome at the time! Keeping Food Down

Ask for an anti nausea patch before surgery. Life saver. I haven’t vomited since surgery but as birdynz said- I’ve spit up or regurgitated “foamies” but nothing like vomiting HW 242, SW 236- (Bypass 12/20/17) GW#1- 199 [emoji736] (2/11/18) GW#2- 180 [emoji736] (4/2/18) GW#3- 160 CW 172 5’6”

Hi First- I’m so sorry about your husband. I hope his surgery goes well tomorrow! My Dr told me that I could drive as soon as I felt able and no longer taking pain medications. C-PAP machine??

Same as apple203.... but told me to bring the accessories (tube, mask etc) and they’d have the base machine. They didn’t have one but I was asked why I wasn’t using my cpap about 20 Times over the two nights stay bc I was having a hard time breathing while sleeping. (They monitor your vitals obviously through the wires etc) Long story short—. Bring yours!
