Good luck all! It’s over before you know it and by about day 3 or 4 the gas pain subsided and you turn a bit of a corner. You’ll likely not even be hungry but Follow the team’s instructions and you’ll be fine. You’ll be amazed at the journey once you get settled in Enjoy!

Try Some avocado or small amount of low fat mayo? Soaking in broth works too

Wait the 3 days- just my opinion. Your stomach will thank you. When you get to that stage it’s difficult as is so don’t rush it

Glad you’re ok. I had some pretty intense leg pain at night maybe 4 months out. I chalked it up to dehydration.... went away about a week later. -

Today’s weigh in broke the BMI scale for me to enter the “Normal “ category with 24.7 BMI I believe this is the lowest adult weight for me! Feels amazing! WOOT!!

Mine was at 330 pm and I spent two nights. You really sleep a lot and when not sleeping you’re walking ! -

Try- Hot water! (Like decaf teas). I could drink cold water for the same reason. Have you tried to water down your shakes so they’re not so sweet? Come here often- post and respond to others. It helps the isolated feeling. Get out of the house too Hang in there 😊 -

It’s therapy to donate it all....-a beautiful right of passage. I felt amazing each time I let more go. Never going back there.... felt great to not keep multiple sizes for the different phases of “me” 😊

I think Id have more of a panic by telling hem and worrying about , getting irritated with the opinions and conversations that would take place- and perhaps judgement . I chose to not tell anyone but my husband and I’m glad I made that choice You do you- good luck tonight! -
