I am almost 3 years out and sometimes my stomach Charley horses it hurts extremely bad had a pretty bad couple cramps last night. Has anyone else had this problem or know what causes it??? Tia Stef

Just think, this is just temporary. Also try and stay away from any place that has food. The mall, eateries everywhere, i just went dormant and stayed at home a lot. Keep thinking, i will be able to eat again. It is not permanent

not really any answers. To the first response it is up high like where the stomach is at. It happened when i did the pouch reset, but has done it in the past also. And the most answer i have had to the problem is not enough sodium. But that came from a trainer at my gym. I am still not sure. I just know that it hurts extremely bad and scares me.
