Ugh feel so bloated today .. today makes 1 week post sleeve for me! My back hurts so much... Not even sure why though bc I walk a lot throughout the day.

Sleeved Feb 6 in addition to hiatal hernia repair. Recovery is soooo bleh.. can't get my protein in. Any suggestions?? Reallllly picky and can't get even a container of muscle milk down or drink enough water.

Hi everyone! First post here... Anyways, was sleeved 02/06 just a few days ago and I'm now experiencing serious back pains... I'm not sure if it's because I'm laying down too much or if it's just pain in my back .. anyone experience back pain this immediately post op? Also how did everyone sleep? I cant sleep well at night as I'm not a back sleeper but I'm scared to sleep on my side or tummy.
