It's two weeks but not liquid. They have an outlet bv to get vfc the foods but they are name brand stuff. Protien bars, drinks, dinners from health wise brand. They gave us al list to pick from. the diet consists of: one breakfast item like oatmeal, protien bar, a soup for lunch, afternoon protien drink, packaged dinner and one more snack. I am traveling for work during the two week prep diet. My doctors office puts you on a low carb high protien 900 calorie diet of pre packaged foods. I just needed to make sure I had a fridge and microwave to survive. I'm realizing how much of my night when traveling is based on shopping, eating and drinking.
