Gals, When you get the post-op diet stuff, I'd love to get a copy. I had my surgery on 2/20/2009. I'd like to 'reboot' and do some pre-op diets again, but I loaned my notebook to someone (many people through the years) when they were pre-op, but I can't recall who the last person was
