I use Quest they are awesome the use dehydrated banana strawberry peanut in there different flavors instead of artificial flavors. Love the 100 calories and it’s more filling for me then the other brands.

You are strong smart and a winner. I thought all of these comments from our support group super great. If and when you see the surgeon again. Let him know that chatting with him helped you to remember that you will be working with a professional trainer again so you can truly sculpt your new body and the more muscle the faster you burn fat. Be happy to give the doctor a professional recommendation for a trainer for himself to get fit. Just an idea :). lol

clsumrall replied to GirlShrinking's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
If you have already met with the surgeon your ok. for my insurance it’s based on completion of the 6 month supervised weight loss then BMI at or above 40 when meeting the surgeon then free to loose as much as you can before surgery. -
Fairlife Core Power Protein Coffee Shake
clsumrall replied to pleasedontjudgeme's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I use the fairlife non fat milk with the Quest protein powder. You could just drink 2/3 of theFairlife shake add some water or almond milk to it so you don’t have as much sugar at 1 time. Just a thought -

DECREASED expenses after the sleeve? Obviously food, but detail is requested
clsumrall replied to ObesityBlows's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
For my husband and I we now spend $200 per month don’t eat out and we use to spend $400. I quit cigarettes and booze and that saves a it per day. You can drop your food bill by up to 50% if you don’t buy junk. I make our own bread and bone broth. And splurge on fresh lemon limes avocado. You can do this buy fresh and not pre made. -
Awesome good luck

Coming up with a blank
clsumrall replied to Jenyp8409's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
You are to have about 400-600 Calories and drink every hour. Usually 2-3 oz only a a time. Proteins shake wait 30 min the skim milk wait 30 then water then broth then protein shake. So every hour it should take about 20-30 minutes to drink your 2-3 oz then wait 30 min then on to the next. Usually this is for 2 weeks then it’s time for puréed. Go on to Pinterest and look for post bariatric surgery menu. -
I’m all for In and Out. Protein style is great on low card but animal style is the BOMB. just saying
