I do low sodium V8 it’s good but a add a pinch of sea salt and pepper. I’m 40 days out from surgery and can’t have veggies until next week. I want a salad so bad and my raw veggie salad I make for my husband with black beans but I know I have to do the well cooked veggies first. It’s all good.

So good a little gold or bronze helps with a ruddy completion. Too many people go ashy and it makes you’re skin more red. I’m a redhead as well 3 generations of every shade of red you can imagine. Enjoy getting your colors done.

The frozen mango chunks and pineapple chuncks form target are 40-50 calories per cup and I eat about a1/4 cup when I have to have something with sweet. They are like strawberries lo calories with fiber so carbs aren’t too bad. -

My mother was hyperglycemic so after more than 2 hours she need a protein snack. Peanuts worked for her 1/2 oz. if she went 4 hours she had 4 oz of orange juice. At 4 hours her shacking increased then nausea then fainting. So maybe if she wakes up in the am hydrate for 2 hours then maybe a little protein and see if it helps. -

The temperature has a lot to do with what I drink. I have no problems with shakes but water I feel resistance right after the 1st sip and it just I have to learn how to listen to my tool so half sips and I don’t swallow all of it at once and 5 weeks out I finally had a day with out causing myself pain. It’s a process for sure but we can do it. -
