Thank you for sharing today. I needed a teminder because my brain is messing with me. Im suppose to naintaun my weight loss until my appt with the surgeon at the end if June. So up and down 3-4 pounds. And im frustrated. -
Sams club has the best price and assortment but Walmart on line has them too

Could be you are sensitive to Sucralose see if you can find protein with stevia instead. Hope this helps

My husband 64 had triple bypass he did well especially since he had 18 stents in his heart from the last 15 years. The hospital sent visiting nurses every day for the first 10 days the 3x a week for the next 10 days then 2x week for the final 10 days that helps a lot and they will send out nurses to help with bathing ect good luck. My husband is awesome 6 month out looks better than he has in 5 years. No worries

I’m already down to BMI of 40 if I loose 3 more pounds I’ll be in the 30 BMI’s I haven’t met the surgeon yet does that make a difference?
