This is my regime and it helps: I use a shea butter body scrub while in that shower with exfoliating gloves. I use it on my "problem areas" so stomach, inner thighs, flanks, wings, everywhere pretty much. Once done, I rinse and follow up with Aveeno body wash. Once done with my shower I only pat dry, then apply shea body butter. And spend about 10 min massaging it in.
