I' Jan 25, 18 -slow loser but still loosing

Current weight 218 last I checked. I check weekly, don' want to obsess over it. My next weigh in is a few days. I can eat pretty much everything, no issues, no nausea, I do well with all my protein :-) and water. Wish the weight was coming off a bit quicker. I had the flu and bronchitis but that caused a couple stalls.
I'm so happy every one is doing well. Share your tips if you have any. I'll be back to working out as soon as my bronchitis is healed.
