I’m 2 yrs post op New Year’s Eve. My goal is 165. I was at 179 at my lowest and just got on the scale and I’m 188. Kind of freaking out, drive to work is a lot longer and I find myself eating and having less energy cause my day is 2 1/2 hours longer. I’m craving junk food and am struggling with that and portion control. Should I go back to the beginning and have 2 protein shakes and a dinner? Ugh. These food issues and bad behaviors will never go away. I do see someone every 2 weeks to talk to.. things feel like they’re spiraling and I’ve got to nip this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
