I'm almost a week out I have been following the dietary guidelines to a T but I feel so hungry and everyone I talk to who has had the surgery keeps telling me I shouldn't be hungry, and I shouldn't miss food and blah blah blah. I know what my body is feeling and my stomach is physically growling, I'm pushing through but has anyone else been here? My post op appoinent is tom so I'm gonna talk to my dr. But I just wanna know I'm not alone. -

My doctor gave me no pain Ned's after surgery so I do not know that feeling. I know I got eel weak and pathetic for wanting food so bad when my lack of control got me here. I'm so frustrated and wish I hadn't done it then another part of me is happy -

Ok thank you, I'm hungry but I can't eat so I just feel so weak and I know a little part of me is regretting it but then I weighed myself last night and I was down 17lbs and it was amazing! I'm just idk frustrated? -
I had the gastric sleeve Monday (1/29) and I really feel ok, my major issue after the surgery is I got my period and I haven't had my period in 3 years due to my birth control and now I can not tell if my bloating is from that or from my actual stomach that just got proved and prodded. I also can not hold any protein down, I can drink water but protein has been a problem. Any suggestions?
