Hey there! I am bipolar II with tendencies towards depression. I haven’t been booked yet but I’m at the tail end of intake and this is obviously an issue with the Bari Psych. Has anyone had onset of depression post op? I’ve heard it’s a risk but have never had an actual person relate this... -

I’ve been doing my pre-op work and I believe I’m near the end. All of a sudden I’m wondering if I need it! I’ve worked so hard to get to this point. I’m 5’4, 240lbs. I need to lose weight. How do I get my thinking back on track??? I just seem to flip flop often. I know I want to be healthy again. Anyone go through this? -
Has anyone experienced the potential depression post-op? How common is it? I haven’t had my surgery yet

Newbie here. No date set yet. Just wanted an opinion... I’m having my procedure done on the other side of the province (Canada), about 15hrs away. Long sitting time to get home, but would flying be any better? I know even in healthy people they can get clots from flying... -
I’m just being considered for surgery with my clinic... My hubby is totally supportive but is wary of the post op costs, so following [emoji4]
