Has anyone tried taking Zantac for acid reflux? I’m 3 months post op and I am having acid reflux. I was thinking g of trying Zantac.

Hey guys I’m one month post op and I’m dying to eat bread. Has anyone had bread yet? Will it kill me? LOL I haven’t had any carbs since before the pre surgery liquid diet.

Hi I’m on day 8 of the liquid diet. The first 3 days are the hardest But hang in there it gets a little easier. I have been drinking the protein waters. I enjoy those.

I know how you feel I started my liquid diet on May 1st and it’s been hard. I’m consistently hungry and all I can think about is the food i want to eat. Lol But I’m keeping my head up because being healthy is going to feel better than any food i can indulge in. My surgery date is May 15th. Stay strong you got this!!! -

So I was supposed to start my liquid diet tomorrow. However I have a cold. My surgeon postponed my surgery due to the cold. I’m soo upset. He said it could be up to 6 weeks from now. [emoji20][emoji20][emoji20]

I went to Prime Rib and ordered Calamari a Steak Mash potatoes washed it down with a glass of red wine. Then we walked to Cheesecake Factory and got dessert. -

You ain’t never lie. Lol it’s hard in these streets. But just take it one step at a time. I start my liquid diet on Feb 13. So far things are going well but I had a rough start in the beginning.

No, it’s normally 6 months. I had some complications and a death in my family so I fell behind in meeting some of the requirements.
