    Breast Lift with Implants

I agree with everyone else. You look great after your WL. And those boobs look perfect, ESPECIALLY considering they haven't even settled yet. Congrats!

    Can’t take vitamins!

Most multi's make me nauseas, before and after WLS I'm not sure if they have iodine, but this is what I take. Very complete and don't bother my stomach at all. I buy them on amazon

Take your pick at what your accountant would consider the most business related https://memed.co.uk/2017/10/23/she-puts-a-condom-in-her-sock-and-fills-it-with-water-shes-not-crazy-just-a-genius/

    Dating

If you're self employed that is just another bonus of dating. At a minimum you get funny stories to tell your friends plus tax deductions. At best you get all that and cardio!

    Dating

You wouldn't be if you make it work for you. Any new restaurants, bars, coffee shops you want to try? Just make him meet you there. So if the date sucks, you can at least have had something better than Panera

Ok, well in that case, there is no harm in a second date. Maybe it was just nerves on his part.

    Dating

Yay, you're dating again! So we will get good stories, and you will hopefully get a new workout partner! But this one, nope, send him a standard let down text when he contacts you for you're next date. "I had fun, but I'm just not feeling a connection. I wish you the best of luck out there!" He either is not over his exes, doesn't catch social cues, or it seems both. Those are two yellow/red flags for me, I'd move on.

    So Dramatic...

I used Kelo cote, but I was bad at remebering to do it twice per day. So I switched to silicone tape. So much easier, cheaper, and it lasts for 5-days. https://smile.amazon.com/Mepitac-298300-Soft-Silicone-Tape/dp/B07G2QYS5Z/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1545080999&sr=8-2&keywords=Mepitac+298300+Soft+Silicone+Tape%2C+2+cm+x+3+%2F0.8+in+x+3.3+yd I kept my scars covered in tape for about 3 months, and they faded away nearly completely. You have to look hard to find them!
  14. Totally true! So couple of things at play I love me some carbs, and fat and carbs together, even better I also love novel, different, local food. Anything that is local and I can't get readily at home, I'm all about. So if it's meat & 3, or Cincinnati Chili, or White Castle or blue crab or regional BBQ, I'm all over it! Oh, third thing, I travel to the south quite a bit, so that is probably over represented in my food pics!
  15. Yes! Totally the same ... it's Paschal's, an Atlanta institution! I've never been to a Luby's but every time I drive by one, I want to go in! I'm just usually with customers or colleagues, who don't necessarily share my love for meat & 3!
  16. Don't make me breakout the black circles!

Ok, now I need to watch TCA for some wardrobe inspiration. Same here, mostly new audiences for my new wardrobe, and a mix of seeing people that knew me before WLS or have never met before. Definitely get a thrill every time I put on an outfit that makes me feel thin and sexy. I used Black Friday, Cyber Monday et al and hitting goal as an excuse to rebuild the wardrobe. Good thing I didn't give myself a budget, I would have blown it.
  19. All is well here! I had a new low on the scale yesterday. It's not due to mindful eating, so I have to credit cardio. If that's the case I'm screwed in the non literal sense, since It'll be two weeks until I see not a boyfriend again. Traveled last week, so here you go, airport food! Airport Lounge Food Pimento Cheese with Bagel Chips, Orzo Salad & Mac and Cheese Airport Take Away to eat on the plane 4 "Veggies" Plate - Mac and Cheese, Green Beans, Corn, Rice & Gravy
  20. This is my life. I struggled with cooking for one pre WLS. Now post op, I have made myself only a handful of meals in the last 10 months. So much effort for so little food! I'm more than happy to cook for others, especially since not a boyfriend is happy to take the leftovers!

Ugh, that blows! I had a former manager who could not mention me without going on and on about me being a woman, the first woman in role, him patting himself on the back about making the team more diverse. Ugh, I cringed every time. It was the only qualification for my position he ever mentioned.

Oh wow O&D! I'm sorry you're going through all that! One of the things I love about you is how you just deal, move on, and don't make an issue of anything. But just having to go to the Dr., the tests, etc, is a huge hassle. I would be whining about the inconvenience of it all, if nothing else!

So how were the parties, how was the baking?? I had a party to go to, plans with not a boyfriend and tons of chores and errands. It was all good, just really busy!
