    Skin removal surgery

I'm 16 months post op from a lower body lift and breast augmentation. I had several consultations and chose the surgeon that would do it all in one surgery (not the only reason I chose my surgeon, but one of them). My surgery was only 3.5 hours long. My surgeon seems to work unusually fast, which is at least in part due to his male PA, who assists in surgery. I have scars, but are quite faded by now. In general fair skin scars better than darker complexions. It was painful, but manageable, I took opioids for only a few days. (If opioids make you nauseous, try a scopolamine patch. I have the same issue and it works wonders) I have actually had a 2nd round of plastic surgery since then. Both times I didn't need a significant amount of help. I have no regrets about plastic surgery. It has given m a body I had never dreamed was possible. There is a plastic surgery forum on here. You can read about a lot of people's journeys.

    OOTD

They are! I have to say my black pair is more booty flattering for whatever reason.
  3. Lots of solid advice here. I am very grateful that I waited for breast work until I was at a stable weight. When I was at what I thought was my goal weight I was a solid C. I dropped 15 lbs below goal, and went from a C to an A in a month. So my breasts were drastically affected by relatively minor weight loss. On the other hand I am 10-15 lbs above my lowest weight, and my lower body lift has help up perfectly. So my experience also says weight loss is more detrimental that (small to moderate) weight gain.

I'd suggest trying pick up again. I agree, at the beginning of the pandemic pick up was terrible because the cuts and subs were out of control. But now I get minimal subs and cuts. And the I do get subs are nearly always an upgrade. Like no Great Value flour, King Arthur instead. Or subbing a 24 oz frozen broccoli for 2 -16 oz.
  9. Living in LA I know a few Mrs Lastname's 😂 In all seriousness I have a friend who has 650's and they look perfectly normal, not crazy porn star at all.
  10. I had 5 drains, and still was able to sleep on my side. I was able put pillows all around me, in front and in back and between my knees. It's the only position that I was able to sleep halfway decently in.
  11. I'm on team 650! 😂 I love my full breasts and sometimes wish I had gone bigger. 😪

I had them on the stand by. But my drain continued to be bloody, so my surgeon never had me use them. I only had one in office on the day I was flying home, 2 weeks post op. I did the first night after surgery. Having the lower body lift I was grateful I didn't need to get up that first night My breast aug was nearly 0 pain. My lower body lift was painful, mostly when I was trying to move around. If I was still is was more like deeply uncomfortable. The back pain from being hunched along with the general soreness sitting in one position for most of the day. The most lasting pain is from muscle repair, which faded, but hung around for a couple of months. Normal. I was just generally low key miserable. Able to function, work etc., but taking no joy in things.
  13. Yes ... they are another Aldi cult favorite!

I didn't own a real bra in my actual size pre aug. I was either in a sports bra, or stuffed a too big real bra. Pathetic lol! But I was most likely an A.

Sounds very similar to me! I have 450 cc implants. I’m a year out from ps. Most days I think they’re the perfect size for me. But some days I wish they were a bit bigger. I didn’t waffle about the size presurgery because that’s as large as my surgeon would go. I’m unsure about cup size because when I was ready to move out of sports bras lockdown started, and I never made the switch. PM me if you want some pics!

Agree. I like using it in veggie fritters. Add a little curry, and I think it gives them a Caribbean twist. I've also used it sparingly in coconut baked goods, where it's less than 20% of the flour mix.

    Scarring

I used Bio Oil after my plastic surgery. I ended up being terribly allergic to it. After I had my reaction to it I googled and found that many dermatologist warn against its use. I used silicone tape on my VSG scars. They are now nearly invisible white lines. I tend to scar well so I may have had the same result with or without the tape.
