Food Before and After Photos

How do you cut your watermelon so perfectly! I need a tutorial!! -
Buuut ... you dress up for Walmart! You know the last outfit I wore to Walmart ... leggings and a t shirt that fit when I was 100 lbs heavier! They didn't clash, but they didn't exactly match either Yesterday my only trip out of the house was to walk to 7-11. I wore pajama bottoms they gave away on a flight, that also fit me 100 lbs ago. I think the 7-11 employees must think identical twins live in the neighborhood. One twin is homeless, the other drives a nice car 🤣

I have become a total diva with my "not just around my neighborhood" wardrobe. I have sooo many clothes, I hate repeating an outfit. My bf has never seen me in the same thing twice . With work associates, if I wear a black dress one time, I'll make sure I wear a colorful skirt the next, and skinny trousers the next. Thank goodness the most frequently I see anyone I work with is quarterly 🤣

My mom came down for lunch and we went to a dog friendly local pub with her little ones. I put on my “good” leggings & T-shirt, and even coordinated my flip flops 😂😂

I had a similar reaction, but you wrote it more diplomatically than I would have!

Never thought I would ask this question...

I'm sensitive to vitamins as well. But these I can take on an empty stomach with no problem -
Loose Skin, Saggy Breasts and Hair loss...OH MY!?

This is what the world sees now. Without a doubt worth the trade off! -

This is the real eating disorder! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 -
Sit ups done! (I'm very proud of myself for participating in this part of the challenge, very unlike me! 😛) What depletes my energy: Like @GreenTealael, the weather. I need sunshine. May Grey & June Gloom get me down People's drama! I'm at a point in my personal life that it's 100% drama free. But I can't weed out work drama as effectively unfortunately! I just have no patience for it, and I'm not good at hiding it.

Loose Skin, Saggy Breasts and Hair loss...OH MY!?
sillykitty replied to a topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I agree with this. Yes, I have saggy skin, saggy boobs. I'm going to have plastics, but just for my own vanity. The only people who see any of that are my bf & I. To literally the rest of the world I look like a normal thin person! Any adult man is going to expect and accept some flaws once you get naked. Just the other morning my bf, who has only known me at a normal weight, was watching me get dressed and asked why I wanted a tummy tuck. It didn't seem bad enough, to him, to warrant plastics. We are always our own worst critic. The thing you have to realize is no one is perfect. My bf is athletic, he runs, he hikes, plays raquetball, multiple times per week. But he also has a deep love for cookies. So I tease him about his sweet tooth, and he teases me about my exercise aversion. It's cliche, but it's true, confidence is sexy! Even if you don't always feel confident, fake it! Fake it till you make it is a real thing. -
This is me .... Professionally there are many people I only see once or twice a year, or sometimes less frequently. At least 75% don't even recognize me. I was at a big trade event last week & it was awkward.

I sometimes take small sips, like if I'm having wine with a meal, or eating spicy foods. But in general I wait longer than 30 minutes. Not because I'm being "good" just because it is uncomfortable for me to put liquids on top of a full stomach.

Limb raises done! Worried about today: Work, always work. I'm fortunate though that is my only true stressor. I was planning for a long walk today. I had an appointment across town, so it is a nice 5+ mile walk round trip. But work got in the way, and I didn't have time to walk, I drove instead. Anyone else need a destination in order to be motivated to get out and walk? I never just go for a stroll. But I am happy to go to my dry cleaners, the store, eyebrow threading. I guess I need more errands!

Just one?? Too many ... can't choose! 🤣

Normal ... it stopped at maybe 5-6 months post op for me

How soon after WLS did you have Cosmetic Surgery?
sillykitty replied to DKG_WLJ's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
I had originally wanted ps 10 months post op. Fortunately my schedule didn’t allow for the time off. I had hit my goal weight, but then proceeded to drop another 15 lbs. When you’re 200 lbs plus 15 lbs is nbd. But the physical differences for me between 140 to 125 were dramatic. I lost two cup sizes and two sizes in pants. So now I’m planning to have surgery at 22 months post op, having maintained at 130 or so for approximately 10 months. As impatient as I am to have ps and get everything “fixed”, it was actually the best thing for me to be forced to wait. -
I miss not being hungry! That is the downside of grazing all day. The more I eat, the hungrier I am.

Alcohol and burning sensation on stomach

A sign that your stomach isn't ready for wine yet ..... -
You are already an outlier ... 110 lbs in less than 8 months .... just saying!
-
Right now I just eat pretty freely. The only things I do that are "bariatric" is weigh myself everyday I'm home, and log everything. I also inadvertently IF a lot of days because I don't get around to eating until later in the day. *Required disclaimer I appear to an outlier. I had an easier surgery, easier recovery, lost weight quickly despite being "off plan" frequently and rarely exercising. I totally recognize I've been incredibly lucky. I don't post a lot about it on here because I don't want people to hate me 😂. I am also fully prepared to adjust my diet and exercise when I start to regain. I believe I'm still in my honeymoon period, and this can't last forever.
-
Yeah, I'm sure! You have a lot more restriction at 7.5 months out than I do at 16. That's why I dropped below my goal weight, I had a hard time getting enough calories in at first. But now I manage just fine. It will actually take me finding some discipline again when the seemingly inevitable regain happens.

I have no idea how ... but around 2000 😮
