Thanks! No spanx under pants for me. If they are fitted enough they hold you in themselves. I only wear spanx under any type of body con dress or skirt.

Definitely a medium I downsized from a L to M at about 150 or so. They will both fit you, but the M will hold you in tighter. Just got out my measuring tape, I have a 28" waist & 38" hips. I'm not sure if I'm measuring my waist right though, the 28" is at my narrowest point. I'm high waisted, so it's right under my rib cage basically.

These are my faux Spanx. I've tried about a dozen different types and brands of shapeware, and this is by far my fave. I wear a Medium https://www.walmart.com/ip/Women-s-Comfortable-Firm-Hi-Waist-Longleg-with-Gripper/32476746 No spanx or sock stuffed bra at home or running errands and such 😁. You can't see my pooch because my leggings are high waisted and tight, and I'm standing straight, practicing my best posture!

I'm choosing clothing/undergaments that helps make me look thin and well proportioned. My bras are stuffed, there are spanx under my Elle Woods dress. High waisted and skin tight are your friend. Trust me I have a lot of jiggle. My stomach is nowhere near flat, unless I will it to be with spandex. Even then I have a small pooch, which I am embracing as my "feminine shape" 😂 You're giving me too much credit and you too little

My experience is similar to these. My social and professional life revolve around eating and drinking. It was honestly nbd. I just ordered soup, or something similar at first. Except for the earliest of stages, there is always something on every menu to eat. -
