Meal prep for the bf, non bariatric portions! Pollo asada salad with corn, beans, pico & tortilla strips (not pictured) (cost $2.65.each) (The tortilla strip salad topper nutritionals were way out of wack, so I used Doritos to calc instead) Ground turkey & quinoa stuffed bell peppers with Italian green beans, peas with parmesan ($2.24 each) Beef meatballs with onion gravy over zoodles & green beans with whole grain mustard ($5.52 each) I love cooking healthy meals (for others, while I go microwave a burrito)

You recognized your issue early, and are taking the steps to get it under control. That is HUGE! Congrats!

I think we are all a lot more self critical then anyone else would be. No one is perfect when naked, not even models. So any reasonable man is not going to expect perfection once you're undressed. I know it is cliche, but self confidence goes a long way. If you are comfortable, and feel sexy and desirable, you will absolutely project that.

Thanks @JessLess (article isn't linking though ) I'm not opposed to consultation fees, I'm just opposed to $750 worth 😳 My first consultation scheduled for Thursday, that is the highest fee at $350. I'm thinking I might cancel that. On Friday I have my consultations with my #1 & #2 choices, which neither has a fee. Interestingly they are both more renowned for their work, than the others, but don't charge. I would think it would be the opposite. I'm a little stressed with both those appts on Friday, 50 miles apart in LA traffic 😖

Maintaining below 130 ... had a great month so far for getting 1+ miles of walking in a day. 15-16-17 - I didn't color, treat myself, nor will I get a massage today B-side self care - Not a lot honestly. Funny when I started working from home about 5 years ago I had planned to get cheap local massages on the regular. Has. not. happened. once.

Palazzo pants ... part 2 (hot off the Amazon truck 😂) Okay, these aren't too tight like the mustard ones, honestly, almost too big. I like their flowy-ness though They're the perfect length for my work heels I wear frequently But, I was thinking I could shorten them a bit a wear them as travel pants with slides (inspired by @ms.sss's post) ... I don't think it really works though. (It'd get a black pair, not these white ones) What does everyone think? Keeper? Return? Wear with heels only? Shorten a bit so I can do heels or flats?

I'm about the start the next step.....PLASTICS! I'm scheduled for consultations starting next week. Question for anyone else contemplating plastics What do you think of consultation fees? On one hand, I recognize that a surgeons time is valuable. But on the other hand I will be out some serious money, before I even decide on a surgeon. I've narrowed down my search to 5 surgeons who either specialize in, or do a fair amount of post bariatric plastics. Three of the five charge consultation fees, from $150 - $350. Interestingly my top 2 choices don't charge a consultation fee. I'm thinking of just seeing my top 2 first, and then scheduling the ones with fees if I'm not comfortable with one of those. But I also don't want to save a few hundred dollars (total $750 for all 3 others), if at the end I might be more satisfied, or save thousands on the final surgery. Opinions please!

Same here ... I was a light weight when I first started drinking again, because I had abstained for nearly 6 months during my weight loss phase. But now I have nearly the same tolerance as I did pre WLS. It amazes me honestly, because I am nearly half my previous size.

Are you in Nebraska? CBD is legal everywhere in the US. You can even find it in Walgreens, CVS, etc. (along with vape and smoke shops & of course online)
