I have semi dehydrated zucchini to use as the "pasta" in lasagna. I just set the air fryer on the lowest temp. It worked out really well for lasagna, might work for zucchini bread as well?

That looks like it could be in Bon Appetit! I miss seafood! I always plan on making enough food to have leftovers, and I dislike reheating seafood (Most frozen and canned veg are all packaged during a single annual harvest. So once they're gone, they're gone. So that maybe your pea problem 😢)
