I feel your pain I’m on day six and I can’t stop thinking of food but I must admit it’s been easier than I thought as I am able to control myself and stick to the diet. i am avoiding going places and seeing people. what kind of pre op diet are you all on? Im currently having 3 shakes a day, unlimited “free vegetables” and 2 Litres of water. Surgery is 5th February for lap band
