1. Happy 57th Birthday Electraglide!

2. Thanks for your relpys I think I'm going to go through with this after all. Sue so far I'm planning on going to the Faulkner Hospital so see Dr. Mun.
3. I’m a 53 year old male weighing in at 325 pounds. My problem is that I do not have a little switch that tells me I’m full so I keep eating. I get envious of people who push their meal away before the plate is empty. I’m hoping the lap band can be that switch for me. I would appreciate your thoughts.

Not sure if I'm ready

:confused:I love to eat, I'm not a big drinker, I don't smoke, nor do I gamble or chase women around anymore. But dam I love my food. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Some people have a switch that tells them they are full, I do not. I eat until I'm full or over full. I was hoping the lapband would be my full switch. Is this an improper mind set? I've been fat my whole life. I've lost over 300 pounds in my life from one diet to the next. Now I'm so discouraged that I don't even try. Hopefully the lapband will help, please give me your thoughts and opinion.
